The challenge
The established street and mature pine trees dictated the shaping of the spaces of the new residential building. A large garage for two cars and bicycles became a visual and noise buffer between the main house and the roadway. Its volume becomes a kind of barrier against noise and dust from the road and cars.
The colour palette was inspired by the trunks of pine trees: the base of the house is made of warm grey porcelain stoneware, while the upper level is made of thermally treated pine wood.
Design Solution
The ground floor is full of common living and working spaces for active pastime, and also has the ability to receive guests in their own space and provide remote work in a separate space. The second floor is filled with bedrooms with separate dressing rooms and restrooms.
The overall image of the house is made in neat forms and solutions. This allows you to create visual accents on the nature around you and at the same time feel comfortable in everyday life.

Encompassed
by the coast
An expansive entryway is a portal to the home and the captivating views beyond. Once inside, walls of windows draw you from room to room, lit by the changing daylight. The bedrooms above are the first to see the morning sun, followed by the open space below, where the kitchen invites occupants to gather, creating memories with a coastal backdrop.
